Mr. Peschio serves the President and CEO of GSA Properties Trust, Inc., currently in capital formation and acquisition mode. He has focused his professional efforts on direct investment in real estate, debt and equity financing and capital formation, corporate real estate and property management. Mr. Peschio was formerly the President/CEO of Government Propereties Trust, Inc. (NYSE:GPT) and AllCapital/GPT, LLC. Mr. Peschio received a BS degree from St. Louis University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
